2. Scope of the GTC

These Terms and Conditions apply to the subscription service that can be purchased through the brandnavigator.app website.

The GTC are binding on the Customer from the moment of purchase.


3. Subject of the service

The Customer purchases a subscription to use the BrandNavigator SaaS service.

Subscription:

  • gives you access to the my.brandnavigator.app system,
  • includes a monthly credit line,
  • operates on an automatically renewable system.

The service is considered digital content.


4. Subscription and payment

4.1 Payment of fees

The subscription fee is the amount indicated on the website.

Payment is made online via the Stripe system.

The Service Provider does not process credit card data.


4.2 Automatic renewal

The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each subscription cycle.

The Customer may cancel the renewal at any time before the next cycle.

The cancellation does not affect the period already paid.


5. 14-day right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

However, the Customer expressly acknowledges that:

  • the service starts immediately after the purchase,
  • access to the digital service is immediately guaranteed.

The Customer expressly agrees to the immediate commencement of the service at the time of purchase and acknowledges that he/she loses the right of withdrawal once the service has commenced.

(Legal basis: 29. § of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.))


6. Credit system

The subscription includes a monthly credit limit.

  • Credits expire at the end of the subscription cycle.
  • Credits are not transferable.
  • Credits are not redeemable for cash.
  • Unused credits cannot be carried over to the next month.

7. Cancellation of subscription

The subscription can be cancelled at any time.

In case of cancellation:

  • the service can be used until the end of the period already paid for,
  • no refund for a partial period.

8. Responsibility

The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

  • for business decisions arising from the use of the SaaS system,
  • for lost profits,
  • indirect damage.

The maximum liability, except in the case of intentional or grossly negligent damage, is the amount of the last 3 months' subscription fees.


9. AI-based content generation

The Brand Navigator service uses artificial intelligence (AI)-based systems to generate marketing content, create communication proposals and support business and marketing ideas.

You acknowledge that the content generated by AI is the result of automated systems, the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of which cannot always be guaranteed.

The content generated by AI is only a suggestion.

The User is obliged to check and, if necessary, modify the content generated by AI before publication or commercial use.

The content generated by AI does not constitute legal, marketing, financial or other professional advice.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the content generated by AI.

The User is responsible for all content that he/she publishes or makes available to third parties through the Service.

The service does not guarantee specific marketing, business or revenue results.


10. Handling complaints

Complaints can be submitted:

The Service Provider will investigate the complaint within 30 days.


11. Governing law

These GTC are governed by Hungarian law.

In the event of a dispute, the Hungarian courts have jurisdiction.


12. Amendment of the GTC

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the GTC.

The amendment will enter into force after publication.


13. Availability of the service

The Service Provider shall endeavour to ensure the continuous availability of the service, however.
does not guarantee uninterrupted service.


14. Closing an account in case of abuse

The Service Provider is entitled to suspend or terminate the user account,
if the user uses the service in an unlawful way.
