BrandNavigator is an artificial intelligence-based marketing strategy and content generation SaaS platform.

The services include:

marketing strategy generation
campaign design
content generation
AI-based consultation
social media publishing

provides functions.

The service operates on a subscription model.

3. Eligibility

Only persons over the age of 18 are entitled to use the service.

The service is available to both businesses and individuals.

4. Accounts and security

The user is responsible for:

the accuracy of the account details
for password security
for all activities related to the account

The provider has the right to suspend or terminate the account if:

infringing content is published
abuse occurs
payment default
there is an activity that compromises the security of the system

5. Credit system

The service operates on a credit basis.

Credits are not redeemable for cash.
Credits are not transferable.
Credits expire at the end of the subscription cycle.
Expired credits cannot be carried over to the next cycle.
If an account is cancelled, the remaining credits are lost.

The provider reserves the right to modify the credit system.

6. AI generated content

The content generated by the platform is powered by artificial intelligence.

The content generated:

does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice
does not guarantee a business result
does not guarantee revenue or conversion

The user is solely responsible for:

for the use of the content generated
for publication on
for the legality of
respect for the rights of third parties

7. Intellectual property

The content generated becomes the property of the user.

The source code, design and operating logic of the platform are the property of the provider.

The user is not entitled to:

to decrypt the system
To copy
for resale
to develop a competing service on the basis of

8. Social media publishing

If the user links his/her social media account, the publication will only take place with the user's consent.

The user is responsible for the content posted.

The provider accepts no liability:

for breaching platform rules
for third party claims
to ban the account

9. Change of service

The provider reserves the right to:

modify functions
AI models for replacement
to amend the tariff
to modify the credit system

The user will be notified of any changes.

10. Cancellation of subscription

The subscription can be cancelled at any time.

After resignation:

Data will be kept for 90 days
After 90 days, the account and personal data will be deleted

11. Limitation of liability

The liability of the service provider is limited to the amount of the subscription fee paid by the user in the last 3 months, except in the case of intentional or grossly negligent damage.

The service provider is not liable:

for loss of profit
for indirect damage
for business loss
for damages resulting from loss of data

12. Governing law and dispute

These terms and conditions are governed by Hungarian law.

In the event of a dispute, the Hungarian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Amendment of terms and conditions

The provider is entitled to modify the terms and conditions.

The user will be notified of any significant changes.
